It has good restaurant and amazing location on the side of the mountain. The breakfast is varied and wonderful with bacon and fresh bread, for example, there’s an option for each taste.

A great selection of OUTSTANDING food. Fine & a nice size room, climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in there. Location very close to restaurants in town and snorkelling in the crystal clear waters steps into the sea and the ocean with a breathtaking view.

clean rooms with simple Italian decor. Stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and terraced gardens. Easy access to a small rocky beach with seating and ladder to the sea. Enjoyable breakfast with variety. Helpful and friendly staff.
Would be happy to recommend.

A charming smallish b&b hotel, set in a beautiful, steeply descending to the sea, forested property. Has a huge pool. A great walk down to the crashing sea. I was upgraded to a 'country-style' room with shared balcony and sea view - which was great and hugely appreciated (as apparently Booked.net rooms are normally standard - ie no view/no deck). Courteous staff. Standard Italian breakfst
Need a car for all: Close-by restaurants 1-3 kms away and not accessible on foot. And Maratea upper town itself, is up a very steep, windy road, approx 5 Km away

Nice setting
This is not a place for young travellers / couples. Over 50s made up the vast majority of the guests and the place seems much more suited to them. The whole area was a bit strange, very much faded seaside glamour. Can't understand why it has such a good rating on booking. Breakfast was poor, no restaurant at the hotel, old, creaky rooms... Just a very average place. Can do much better in the immediate (northern) vicinity.

The hotel is located in a scenic area with breathtaking views that are sure to leave you amazed. the pool area is a great spot for relaxation and sunbathing. the hotel staff is helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you in any way they can. the hotel offers a private beach, which is a great advantage and perfect for those who want a peaceful and tranquil experience.
The hotel has several drawbacks. the breakfast is very poor with limited options and the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent setting, pool and access to coast.
The very remote setting, which is without a doubt a plus, means that the lack of restaurant on site is a definite drawback. And there are only very few in the surrounding area, all of which you need to drive to.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning. It is nestled amongst pine forests on a fairly steep slope down to the sea, offering breathtaking views. The grounds surrounding the hotel are very well tended, with a gardener busily watering early in the morning.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was really nothing that could be faulted.
